[ARCHIVED] inspiraHike Guided Hikes

InspiraHike_March23

inspiraHike is a one-of-a-kind mindfulness experience that takes a small group on an outdoor sunset hike with an inspiraHike leader. Using wireless headphones, we have perfectly choreographed music and guided inspiration to match the mood and pace of the journey. To create a truly peaceful, calming, and transformational experience where you can spend time with your own personal thoughts in a group setting, we ask for everyone to remain silent during the 75-minute hike. This unique experience is great for those looking for a mindful adventure in nature that is peaceful, relaxing, and helps their overall wellbeing. Participants, 18 years and older, will meet at Bluffs Regional Park, 10099 Crooked Stick Trail, in Lone Tree; multiple hikes and times are offered throughout the summer with the first few hikes meeting the evenings of March 19, April 5 or April 15. Cost is $25 for both Parker residents and non-residents. Find more information and all dates and times at www.ParkerRec.com/Register.
