Are you interested in having your resting metabolic rate (RMR) tested as part of a weight loss or exercise program? An RMR assessment tells you the exact number of calories your body burns and exactly how many calories to consume to reach your health goals. The Parker Recreation Center is one of only fourteen Colorado locations offering RMR assessments at one of the most affordable rates in Colorado. The ten-minute assessment is conducted at the Parker Recreation Center, 17301 E. Lincoln Ave., where participants do nothing more than sit in a chair. Results will be printed out immediately so you can put your new information into action.
RMR assessment sessions can be purchased for $40 R/$44 NR or as a personal training add-on for $25 R/$27.50 NR.
