Wondering how to help your aging parents, spouse, or yourself? Want to discover resources available for older adults? Monthly education sessions are designed to arm you with knowledge, support, and tools to face the years ahead. Each month, a new expert will discuss a different topic. Whether you are learning for yourself or a loved one, these sessions are meant to ease burdens and instill confidence in navigating the aging process. Each class will be held at the Parker Library from 3 to 4 p.m. on the dates listed below; cost is $5 per participant.
