[ARCHIVED] New Year's Metabolic Boost Challenge

RMR-Testing_257x200

The New Year's Metabolic Boost Challenge takes a scientific approach to lead you through your fitness goals, starting with a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) assessment, which provides information on how many calories your body burns to function, at rest and during exercise. Then, receive a consultation on which workout program and Group Fitness classes will be the most effective in achieving your goals. You will receive a 12-week workout routine to complete on your own, with assistance from our trainers. In addition to the program assistance, you’ll receive information on how to track your calories to help you achieve your optimal results!

You may begin the 12-week program any time before Jan. 31 and the cost is $100 for Parker residents (R) and $110 for non-residents (NR). For an additional $30 R/$33 NR, you may add-on a personalized nutrition consultation with a certified nutrition specialist.

Are you interested in having your metabolic rate tested as part of a weight loss or exercise program? An RMR assessment tells you the exact number of calories your body burns and exactly how many calories to consume to reach your health goals. RMR assessments are a benefit of the Metabolic Boost Challenge, but sessions can be purchased separately for $40 R/$44 NR or as a personal training add-on for $25 R/$27.50 NR.

Click here to register for the New Year’s Metabolic Boost Challenge or for more information, contact Dan Christensen at dchristensen@parkeronline.org or 303.805.3205.
