Parks, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Commission

KOA at Cherry Creek Trail

Applications are being accepted for the new Town of Parker Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Commission. Serving on the Commission offers residents an opportunity to provide feedback on the recreational needs of the community, including the development, expansion and operation of parks, recreation, open space and trail facilities within the Town of Parker. The Commission will be composed of seven (7) members: five (5) members are required to live within the Town of Parker boundaries and two (2) members need not reside within the Town of Parker boundaries and may instead reside in unincorporated Douglas County within close proximity to the Town of Parker (either in the 80134 and 80138 zip code). Residents with wide-ranging community interests are encouraged to apply!  Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2022.
