On Wednesday, May 26, older adults across the country will participate in local fitness activities as part of the 28th annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day®, the nation's largest health and wellness event for older adults.

This free event features a one-mile fun walk around the park, followed by a light to-go breakfast, socializing with friends, exciting prize giveaways and interacting with local business vendors that put an emphasis on senior health and wellness.
In addition to events like the Senior Stroll, Parker Parks and Recreation offers many programs for active older adults including SilverSneakers® by Tivity Health fitness programs, Arthritis Foundation exercise programs, Senior Pilates Reformer, Aqua Aerobics, 50+ softball and basketball, pickleball and much more.
