Personal Training Options
We are offering different options to meet your personal training needs.
- In-person, in the facility training
- In-person, outside the facility training
- Virtual training
In-person options are for new and existing clients and the virtual training is for existing clients only. Trainings can be private or group. Group training is for up to four people.
Setting Up Your Personal Training Session
Coordinate training times with your trainer for all sessions. If you do not have a specific trainer in mind or need help reaching your trainer, contact Dan Christensen at email@example.com or call 303.805.3205.
Valid sessions must be available on the account and training cannot occur if sessions do not remain. Please contact the front desk at 303.841.4500 or the Fitness and Wellness Supervisor at 303.805.3278 to purchase sessions.
Child Care services are available at the Recreation Center during peak times. Click here for the schedule, fees and policies.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length

*Virtual Personal Training sessions are 30 minutes in length.

Express Personal Training Package
30-minute personal training sessions. Four sessions for $112 R/$123 NR.
Semi-Private and Group Training
60-minute sessions for groups of two to four people who like to train together. Four-session cost is $112 R/$123 NR per person.

To register for personal training sessions or for more information on personal training, please complete a Personal Training Services Request form. Access the Personal Training Registration Packet (PDF), fill out the paperwork and bring it to your first session.
