Express Personal Training Package

Express individual sessions are 30 minutes in length. The four-session cost is $112 R/$123 NR.

Semi-Private and Group Training Package

Semi-Private and Group Training sessions are for groups of two to four people and are 60 minutes in length. The four-session cost is $112 R/$123 NR per person.

Fitness Assessments

Measurements include BMI, blood pressure, body fat, strength, endurance and flexibility. Consultation and analysis of results are included for $28 R/$31 NR.

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Assessments

This assessment uses the KORR Metacheck machine to measure your exact individual resting metabolic rates (how many calories you burn throughout the majority of the day). This individualized information provides the exact number of calories your body needs and responds to during different activities and daily stages. Individuals will receive a clear understanding and pathway to better reach fitness goals without using inaccurate estimates. Assessment and analysis of results are included for $40 R/$44 NR. Existing personal training clients can add an RMR Assessment for $25 R/$28 NR.
