Parker Recreation Center

The Parker Recreation Center and the Parker Fieldhouse have received designations as Certified COVID Best Practices Businesseswhich allows us to operate with expanded capacity within COVID-19 Dial Level OrangeAll patrons will continue to reserve a time block for an individual workout, a group fitness class, drop-in activities (pick-up sports games will not be permitted), pickleball singles play and for all pool use. According to a State Executive Order, all individuals over age 10 must wear a face covering at all times inside of Parker Recreation facilities, unless in water. A medical exemption will not be considered, as it results in a direct threat to the health and safety of others. If you are unable to wear a mask, call the Parker Recreation Center at 303.841.4500 or the Parker Fieldhouse at 303.805.6300 for possible accommodation.

Safe Return

Parker Parks and Recreation is ready for a Safe Return! With the update to state orders, we are excited to welcome you back to our recreation facilities. The phased Safe Return plan adheres to strict safety protocols for both patrons and staff, which include reduced facility capacities, limiting gatherings, enforcing social distancing guidelines, enhancing cleaning and sanitization efforts, using PPE and more.

Facility Updates

Session registration for Parker Recreation and Fieldhouse Fitness Membership and pass holders is available at 10 a.m. two days prior, non-members can register at 10 a.m. one day prior, as capacity allows. Once on the registration page, it is most helpful if you sort by date. Kindly limit registrations to one session per day to allow additional patrons the use of our services. Please note that if you have a Parker Recreation membership or passes, you already have a login name and password, please use our ‘Forgot My Password’ functionality to retrieve your information ALL participants, regardless of age, need to register. At this time, walk-up registration is not recommended.

Rec Center Fitness Area Drop-in - Registration for this activity provides admission to the Parker Recreation Center fitness areas. This does not include the pool or gymnasium. Please note that participants ages 13 and 14 must be directly supervised by an adult in the cardio, weight and stretching areas. Participants 12 and under are not permitted in these fitness areas. 

Rec Center Gymnasium Drop-in - Registration for this activity provides admission to the Parker Recreation Center gymnasium. No pick-up games allowed in the gymnasium. This does not include the pool or fitness areas.

PRC Activity Pool - Includes the activity pool area with zero depth entrance, play feature, lazy river, rock climbing wall, waterslide and small lap lane area. Non-registered spectators are not allowed at this time. Anyone, regardless of age, wishing to enter the pool area must be registered. 

PRC Lap Pool - The lap pool will be available for sign up lap swim, water walking or water exercises. Lap pool usage is limited to individuals aged 10 and up and must be utilized for the above activities. Non-registered spectators are not allowed at this time. Anyone, regardless of age, wishing to enter the pool area must be registered. 

PRC Therapy Pool - Includes therapy pool use. Non-registered spectators are not allowed at this time. Anyone, regardless of age, wishing to enter the pool area must be registered. 

Group Fitness Classes - View the schedule here. In-person and virtual options are available.

Child Care is not available at this time. Visit the Parker Recreation memberships and passes page for costs associated with daily, 10-visit and 20-visit passes and memberships.  

Safe Return Commitments

Any facility or program that opens during the Safe Return phased reopening will comply with current state and public health recommendations and will adhere to strict safety protocols for both patrons and staff. Please make the following commitments to contribute to a safe return:

  • I will stay home if I feel sick.
  • I will practice social distancing and not gather in large groups.
  • I will wash my hands often. While outdoors, I will use hand sanitizer.
  • I will cover my mouth and nose when I cough or sneeze.
  • I will avoid touching my eyes, nose and mouth.
  • I will wear a face mask as required.
