H2O’Brien Outdoor Pool features two 182’ water slides, a zero depth entry with a large, state-of-the-art water play structure, a lap pool, a concession area and a sizeable deck space with seating, ample shade and a game area. Little Squirts

Monday through Friday, 9 to 10 a.m., , "Little Squirts" 5 years and under and their adult caregivers are invited to play at H2O’Brien Pool weekday mornings before Open Swim. Children over 5 will NOT be admitted into the pool until 10 a.m. Regular fees apply.

Adult Lap Swim & Water Exercise

Monday through Friday, 8 to 10 a.m., Swimmers 16 and older can swim laps or do self-guided water exercise during this time. Lanes may be limited due to programming. Regular admission rates apply or lap swim is free with your Parker Recreation membership. Instructor-led aqua aerobics classes are available; click here for more Group Fitness information. 

The Parker Recreation Center will be closed for annual maintenance July 24 to July 30, 2023. During this time, lap swim and water exercise will be available at H2O'Brien Pool; Monday to Friday: 6 to 10 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday 8 to 10 a.m.

Water Slides

Riders must be 48" to ride purple slide and 52" to ride green slide. Only one rider is allowed on the slide at a time. Goggles, fins or life jackets are not permitted on slides.                                               

Groups and Rentals

Field trips, shade rental and full facility rentals are available! Group rates for 10 or more are available with advance notice. Visit the H2O’Brien Pool Rental page for additional information.

Swimming Lessons

Parker Aquatics is proud to partner with the Starfish Aquatics Institute to offer small group swimming lessons for children ages 6 months to 12 years, teenagers and adults at the Parker Recreation Center and H2O’Brien Pool. Click here for Group and Private Swim Lesson details.

Pool Policies

View H2O’Brien Pool general rules. Pool rules and policies are also posted at H2O’Brien Pool. Patrons are responsible for reading and obeying all posted rules. Due to capacity restrictions, all patrons entering the facility must pay admission. Ages 5 and under and weak or non-swimmers must be accompanied in the water by a parent/guardian 16 years or older. Ages 6 to 9, it’s recommended that a parent/guardian is actively observing from the deck, unless children are weak or non-swimmers. Only U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices may be used in the pool. Food, drinks and coolers are allowed, however, glass containers and alcohol are prohibited.

Safety Breaks

Safety checks are held daily at 12:50, 2:50 and 4:50 p.m. for 10 minutes. All patrons must exit the water and remain five feet away from the edge.

Weather

H2O’Brien may delay opening or close due to inclement weather. Refunds/Rainchecks are not given for inclement weather. Thunder, lightning and heavy rain or fog may prompt the closing of the pool. When thunder or lightning is heard/seen, the pool will close for 30 minutes. The closure will be extended 30 minutes for each consecutive bolt of lightning and/or crack of thunder.
