Choose the pediatric emergency care program specifically designed for childcare providers, young babysitters and parents. Based on national standards including CPR guidelines, this comprehensive program helps meet diverse job requirements for pediatric health and safety training. It covers CPR, choking and AED for infant, child and adult applications, first-aid prevention and treatment for basic illness and injury, bleeding, shock management, fractures and sprains, burns, eye injuries, medical emergencies such as seizure, stroke and heart related problems.

Part of the Parker Parks and Recreation Run Series, this sanctioned event is professionally timed. All participants who register by Feb. 1 are guaranteed their long-sleeve T-shirt size. All registered participants are invited to enjoy a delicious post-race pancake breakfast and a chance to win prizes. The overall male/female finishers, as well as the top three finishers in each of the following divisions of the 5K and 10K will be awarded: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+. All results are determined using "gun time," meaning the timing starts simultaneously for all participants in the category. The FREE Kids' Dash follows the race for children 8 and under; no registration necessary.
