Free agents should enter their information on the Adult Free Agent Form online. It is up to individual captains to pick players up as needed. While many free agents eventually are picked up by teams, there is no guarantee.
Adult Sports registration is generally taken by team only* so fees are charged as a team fee. Free agents who join a team will need to determine their individual fee with the team captain.
*Senior softball registration is taken on an individual basis.
The registration system will take a $100 deposit at registration OR you may choose to pay in full. If you choose to only pay the deposit, the credit card or checking account you paid the deposit with will be automatically charged the remaining balance on the first evening of competition.
This varies per sport so check each sports page for rules. Coed ratios are also listed in each sport's rules.
Exposed Jewelry may NOT be worn during sports participation.
1. Medical alert jewelry may be worn but must be taped to the body or covered (i.e. with a sweat band).
2. Protruding stones are not allowed.
3. Fitness Trackers may be worn attached to shoe laces, beneath clothing or covered (i.e. with a sweat band).
4. If, in the opinion of the referee, any jewelry (exposed or not) is deemed dangerous to any player or staff, the player must remove it.
If a league/program is canceled or teams are combined due to insufficient registration, you will be notified prior to the start date and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another sport or team.
Adult Sports: Adult Sports league registration is taken by team only, unless otherwise noted. The team captain must pay a minimum payment of $100 that is due upon registration and is non-refundable; captains may also pay in full. Payment of any remaining balance is due on the start date of the league. Credit cards and electronic checks will automatically be charged; cash and sponsor payments must be submitted no later than the start date of the league.
Cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be made seven business days prior to the advertised start of the activity. The initial payment of $100 is non-refundable and there is a $5 processing fee for each change to the initial registration purchase.

These changes are effective Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019. Current memberships will change upon expiration date, if you are not enrolled in Auto-Renew with Price Lock Promise or your membership is interrupted.
Auto-Renewwith Price Lock Promise automatically renews your membership while locking inthe rate you are currently paying as long as the membership is ACTIVE andUNINTERRUPTED. In order tolock in the fees you currently pay, your membership must be continuous andwithout disruptions such as a missed payment or a request to change your typeof membership.
You will have seven days after the failed payment is received by us to update your credit card information and pay your outstanding balance to ensure your Price Lock Promise.
You will no longer be eligible for the Price Lock Promise and you will be subject to the new fee schedule. All changes to membership types need to be made by September 30 at 5 p.m. to avoid losing the Price Lock Promise.
Themilitary/police/fire discount will be 20%, effective Oct. 1, 2019, which canbe applied to memberships, excluding student membership.
Yes, you still must provide a 30-day notice to cancel, however, there will no longer be a cancellation penalty applied.
Our membership fees have not been increased in over a decade and the Department has recently taken a comprehensive approach to assuring long term financial sustainability. During the past 12 years, significant value has been added to memberships through facility enhancements and expansions, technological advancements, conservation/sustainability efforts, expanded youth, adult and senior programming, state-of-the-art equipment and machinery updates, along with the addition of other modernized amenities and spaces. Additionally, operating and maintenance costs have steadily increased over time and while we strive to remain affordable, a rate adjustment is needed to remain financially sustainable.
