Certified COVID Best Practices Business

COVID Best Practices Business Certificate

We are thrilled to announce that both the Parker Recreation Center and the Parker Fieldhouse have received designations as Certified COVID Best Practices Businesses, which allows us to operate with expanded capacity within COVID-19 Dial Level Orange.

Beginning Sat., Jan. 2, capacities and some session lengths will increase as patrons continue to reserve a time block for an individual workout, a group fitness class, drop-in activities (pick-up sports games are still not permitted), pickleball singles play and for all pool use. Visit and for additional information, including registration and updated facility hours. Sports leagues will remain on hold at this level and if guidelines have changed for other specific registered programs, you will be contacted directly by the program coordinator or instructor. Email with questions.

The COVID Best Practices Business Certification Program is a voluntary Douglas County certification program that enables businesses to operate at a sustainable capacity while ensuring compliance with COVID-19 transmission controls and best practices. Thank you for helping us to obtain our certification by observing safety policies, including wearing face coverings and social distancing in Parker Recreation facilities! We look forward to welcoming more of the community back as we further expand our capacities and offerings.
