COVID Best Practices Business Certificate

As a Certified COVID Best Practices Business and with the Douglas County COVID-19 Dial moving in a positive direction, Parker Recreation is able to expand some capacities and offeringsBeginning Mon., Feb. 8, Recreation Center Child Care will be available and fitness sessions at both facilities will be extended to offer more flexibility in workout times. Patrons will continue to reserve a time block for an individual workout, a group fitness class, drop-in activities, pickleball play and for all pool use. Visit and for additional information, including registration and facility hours. 

Recreation Center Child Care hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Daily time limits are 75 minutes for ages 3 to 18 months and two hours for children over 18 months. Reservations for Child Care are not required. Visit for additional information. 

If guidelines have changed for other specific registered programs, you will be contacted directly by the program coordinator or instructor. Email with questions. 

The COVID Best Practices Business Certification Program is a voluntary Douglas County certification program that enables businesses to operate at a sustainable capacity while ensuring compliance with COVID-19 transmission controls and best practices.
