ADHD Enrichment Series


Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects the frontal lobe of the brain in charge of time management, impulse control, judgment and planning. Multiple ADHD classes are offered for adults, 18 years and older throughout the ADHD Enrichment Series.

ADHD 101: After getting an ADHD diagnosis, you may be wondering what that really means! Come learn about the ADHD brain wiring and find ways to use that ADHD power to succeed.
Tuesday, Jan. 14; 6:15 to 7:45 p.m.

ADHD and Trouble with Friends: Does your ADHD child have trouble making and keeping friendships? Often times, social skills are a few years behind for our ADHD kids. Come learn about how ADHD relates to social skills and walk away with some ideas to help your child make and keep friends.
Tuesday, Jan. 28; 6:15 to 7:45 p.m.

All classes are held at the Parker Recreation Center, 17301 E. Lincoln Ave. Cost is $30 for Parker residents and $34 for non-residents.
