Get Moving this Summer with these NEW Youth Activities!


Kids between the ages of 5 and 12 will be jumping with joy over this NEW gymnastics addition. Parkour training incorporates conditioning into games and creative physical activities, while teaching the fundamentals of Parkour moves and techniques including jumping and landing, rolling, vaulting, climbing and falling safely. Various days and times are offered throughout the summer at the Recreation Center, 17301 E. Lincoln Ave.

Your cheerleader will love this high-energy Parker Cheerleading Team program taught by the best cheerleading gym in Colorado. Youth ages 5 to 14 will meet on Saturdays from 10 to 11 a.m. starting June 3. Class is held at Cheer Central Suns' gym, 8585 Concord Center Dr. in Englewood, which is packed full of trampolines and a variety of mats. This class will include dance, arm motions, jumps, cheer chants, tumbling and stunts. Parker Cheer team will perform in-house or at a community event each session.


Tumbling for Cheer for ages 5 to 14 will polish your tumbling skills, from cartwheels and bridges to running passes, back walkovers and back handsprings. This class is set in a high-energy atmosphere with all the tumbling equipment you will need to get the skills to move on to the next level. Classes will take place on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon at Cheer Central Suns beginning June 3 and July 29.
