About the Program

Meet the personal training team and the Pilates personal training team. The Town of Parker has a team of nationally-certified personal trainers on staff. Each is qualified to maximize your fitness potential while minimizing potential for injury, over-training and burn out. Many of our trainers specialize in specific areas of fitness including:

TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training will allow you to perform hundreds of exercises that build strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability, all at the intensity you choose. Sessions will focus primarily on strength and toning and will include advanced moves for those looking to amp up their workout! 30-minute sessions.
