Meet the personal training team. The Town of Parker has a team of nationally-certified personal trainers on staff. Each is qualified to maximize your fitness potential while minimizing potential for injury, over-training and burn out.

Express Personal Training Package

30-minute personal training sessions. Four sessions for $100 R/$110 NR.

Semi-Private and Group Training

For groups of two to four people who like to train together, we offer a special discounted individual rate for 60-minute sessions.

$25 R/$27.50 RN per person, per session

TRX Suspension Training®

TRX Suspension Training will allow you to perform hundreds of exercises that build strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability, all at the intensity you choose. Sessions will focus primarily on strength and toning and will include advanced moves for those looking to amp up their workout!

Kettlebell Training

Learn the basics of kettlebell and how to properly perform the exercises to build strength, endurance and core strength.
