Fitness Loft and Track
The Fieldhouse Fitness Loft has everything you need for a total body workout. A full lineup of treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes gives you plenty of cardio options. Cybex circuit weight equipment and a stretching station round out your workout. Flat panel TVs with cardio theater capability are installed in the Fitness Loft. A suspended running/walking track connects to the Fitness Loft and overlooks the gymnasium. 11 laps equal one mile.
Use of the Fitness Loft is included with daily admission, punch cards or recreation memberships for patrons 13 and older. These options are fully interchangeable with the Parker Recreation Center and give you access to all venues at the Fieldhouse.
In addition, Parker Recreation sells a Fieldhouse Fitness Pass. This low cost alternative gives you unlimited access to only the Fieldhouse Fitness Loft and track. Please note, this does not include admission to any other venues at the Fieldhouse. For more information about Fitness Passes, inquire at the Fieldhouse front desk.
Fitness Loft/Track and Kids
Children 12 and under are may use the track under direct supervision of a parent or guardian during the designated youth track times only. Children 12 and under are not permitted in the fitness loft area. All youth ages 13 to 15 must take a free Weight Room Orientation to utilize the fitness area - inquire at the front desk for more information. Children ages 13 and 14 may only use the fitness and track areas WITH parental/guardian supervision. Ages 15 and older have full fitness area and track privileges once a Weight Room Orientation is complete.
Youth Track Times
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6:30-8 p.m.
- Tuesday/Thursday: 3:30-5 p.m. and 6:30-8 p.m.
- Saturday/Sunday: 10-11 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.

Each is qualified to maximize your fitness potential while minimizing potential for injury, over-training and burn out.
