Parks and Recreation Safe Return
As a Certified COVID Best Practices Businesses and with the Douglas County COVID-19 Dial moving in a positive direction, Parker Recreation facilities are again able to expand some capacities and offerings. Beginning Mon., March 8, patrons will no longer need to reserve a time block for an individual workout, drop-in activities, pickleball, nor pool use. Due to specific venue capacity restrictions, Group Fitness participants, including Aqua Aerobics, will continue to register for classes. All admissions will require check-in at the front desk with identification. If you do not already have an ACTIVENet (Parker Recreation) account, click here to create an account. Please note that if you have a Parker Recreation membership, passes or have registered for an activity or league, you already have an account. |
According to a State Executive Order, all individuals over age 10 must wear a face covering at all times inside of Parker Recreation facilities, unless in water. A medical exemption will not be considered, as it results in a direct threat to the health and safety of others. For more information, please view the CDPHE's FAQs about the mandatory mask order or visit the CDPHE website. If you are unable to wear a mask, call the Parker Recreation Center at 303.841.4500 or the Parker Fieldhouse at 303.805.6300 for possible accommodations. |
Parker Parks and Recreation used a phased approach to reopen indoor/outdoor spaces and programs that complies with the current state and federal recommendations and adheres to strict safety protocols for both patrons and staff.
