Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Guidelines

Recreation Refund Policy

Cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be made seven business days prior to the scheduled start of the activity or event. There is a $5 processing fee for each change to the initial registration purchase.

If an activity or league is canceled or classes/teams are combined due to insufficient registration, you will be notified prior to the start date and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another activity/team. 

To submit a registration change request (transfer, cancellation, refund) for Recreation activities and events (i.e. Aquatics, Enrichment, Fitness, Kids’ Zone etc.), contact the Registration Coordinator at sarmsbury@parkeronline.org or call 303.805.3273.

Sports Policies

If a league/program is canceled or teams are combined due to insufficient registration, you will be notified prior to the start date and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another sport or team.

Adult/Youth Sports League Late Fee: An additional fee per transaction will be added to registrations made within 10 days of each league’s listed start date; $10 for youth sports, $50 for adult sports.

Adult Sports: A minimum payment of $100 is due upon registration and is non-refundable; teams may also pay in full. Payment of any remaining balance is due on the start date of the league. Credit cards will automatically be charged; cash and check payments must be submitted no later than the start date of the league.

Full Classes and Waitlists

The online system will automatically show customers when a class reaches maximum enrollment. In select instances, a waitlist option will allow patrons to sign up in case of cancellations or an added session. You will be contacted before being enrolled. For youth sports leagues, please call 303.805.6324 to be added to a waitlist.

Illness Policy

Participants may not attend classes or events if they have the following symptoms within the last 24 hours: nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, fever of 100 degrees or higher, eye drainage (excessive or extreme discomfort), strep throat or any other conditions requiring antibiotics.

If an illness or injury causes the participant to miss 50 percent or more of the activity, a pro-rated credit may be given. Notice of a medical issue must be received within two business days of the illness or injury.
