Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are free with your daily admission or membership and include cardio, strength and conditioning, yoga, Pilates and aqua aerobics classes. Specialty fitness classes are not free. View the complete group fitness schedule.

Personal Training

Trainers with special certifications and experience in older adult fitness can help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. Discounts are available for ages 62 and older. Douglas County Senior Initiative

Douglas County's senior population is growing rapidly. To plan for this population shift and increased need for services, the partnership of Douglas County governments requests input from senior adult, their caregivers and those approaching retirement age. Listening Tours

Through a listening tour, community meetings in locations countywide, residents will have the opportunity to share their vision for their community. Find current listening tour dates and locations.
